ISO 27001 Compliance for a Dubai Healthcare Provider
Challenge: A private healthcare clinic in Dubai managing patient records digitally was required to achieve ISO 27001 certification as a condition of renewing their DHA (Dubai Health Authority) licence. They had no existing information security framework in place.
Solution: SecurePulse designed and implemented a full ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) from scratch. This included risk assessment, policy development, staff training, and a complete internal audit cycle over a 4-month period.

Ransomware Incident Response for an E-Commerce SMB
Challenge: A Bengaluru-based e-commerce company with 40,000 daily active users suffered a ransomware attack that encrypted their order management database. Operations were at a complete standstill during the peak festive sales season.
Solution: SecurePulse’s incident response team was engaged within 2 hours. We isolated affected systems, performed forensic analysis to identify the attack vector (a compromised RDP endpoint), recovered data from offline backups, and hardened the environment against re-infection.

Case Study 04 · Logistics · Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Cloud Security Overhaul for a Saudi Logistics Company
Challenge: A mid-sized logistics firm in Riyadh had migrated their fleet management and tracking platform to AWS but discovered serious misconfigurations during an internal review. Sensitive shipment data and client contracts were potentially exposed due to open S3 buckets and weak IAM policies.
Solution: SecurePulse performed a full AWS cloud security assessment, identified 31 misconfiguration issues including publicly accessible S3 buckets, over-privileged IAM roles, and unencrypted RDS instances. All issues were remediated and a CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) solution was deployed for continuous monitoring.
Outcome: All 31 issues resolved within 3 weeks. Client achieved NCA (National Cybersecurity Authority, KSA) Essential Cybersecurity Controls compliance. Ongoing CSPM alerts have since caught 4 new misconfigurations before they became incidents.
